ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Business and Strategic Management Review (BISMAR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal established in 2026 as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of research and ideas in the fields of business, management, and strategic management. The journal was established in response to the growing need for the development and dissemination of management knowledge and its application in contemporary business and organizational practices. BISMAR is currently in the process of obtaining its E-ISSN, with the number E-ISSN 3164-3612

Business and Strategic Management Review (BISMAR) welcomes scholarly research covering a broad range of management and business disciplines, including Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Business and Organizational Management, and other relevant areas. The journal publishes research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies that contribute to the development of management theory and practice. Various research approaches are welcomed, including qualitative and quantitative research, statistical analysis, case studies, field research, and other contemporary research methods.

The journal is intended for academics, researchers, students, practitioners, policymakers, professionals, and other stakeholders with an interest in management, business, and strategic management. Through the publication of rigorous and relevant scholarly works, Business and Strategic Management Review (BISMAR) aims to advance academic knowledge while providing practical insights that support innovation, strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and sustainable development in modern organizations.

Business and Strategic Management Review (BISMAR) is published twice a year , issue 1 is published in July while Issue 2 is published in January by STIE Arlindo. The journal is committed to maintaining the quality, originality, and relevance of published works. Editors may revise accepted manuscripts for language, formatting, and editorial consistency without changing their substance after the blind review process. Articles submitted to BISMAR must be original works and must not be under consideration for publication in other journals or publishers.
